Our photographers love photographing weddings in this area because there are so many beautiful venues/banquet halls and they all make for gorgeous wedding photos (both photojournalistic and traditional). From larger halls like  White Eagle Golf club, to the Naperville Country Club  to Maggiano’s Little Italy- Naperville offers a sleuth of  wedding venues that make for a great photographic backdrop. If you want gorgeous outdoor wedding photos,  consider McDowell Grove Forest Preserve or Greene Valley Forest Preserve (for smaller weddings). Often we get brides and grooms that have their ceremony at Naperville’s Millenium Carrillon  in Moser Tower. If it is a nice day, the ceremony is held right in front of the awe inspiring, 253 step tower. This16 foot  tower commemorating the dawn of the new millenium,  is complete with a 72 bell instrument that chimes on the hour so TIP: plan your vows inbetween the hours!   If the bride and groom are up to it (our photographers always are!), they can climb up after (or before) the ceremony and get some beautiful photographs overlooking the spectacular view. On very clear days you can even see the Chicago skyline from higher up.  You can also take the elevator and get some photos on the Gallery Level Observation Deck.Make sure that you contact the tower staff through their website to book your ceremony as you will need permission and a reservation. After the ceremony, take some time to get some beautiful photos by the other picturesque spots within walking distance. this includes the Riverwalk near Rotary Hill in the Heart of Naperville and Centennial Beach and beautiful woodsy areas.

Erica Siafa of G.E.S Events was the wedding planner of this wedding and she did a FANTASTIC job. The creative  use of flowers, candles and colors created a fun and colorful- yet elegant wedding. Our photographer had a blast photographing this fun couple at their gorgeous wedding. The wedding color theme was a rainbow of bright colors. Whoever said that wedding colors had to just be one or 2 colors will be amazed to see how the use of so many colors created a breathtaking reception.  The bridal party was as colorful as the flowers- with  dresses and vests to match the beautiful floral arrangements which included bright pink  hydrangeas, colorful carnations, elegant white roses,  fancy feathers and fun beads among other items.
